First Solo Flight

After two weeks of trainings supervised by an instructor I was ready to fly alone. The practical part of a gliding course in my country is composed of aproximately 100 instructor led flights before you are allowed to fly solo.  Two weeks of hard work. Waking up early in the morning is necesary to start practicing before air turbulence become active. Then sleeping in the middle of the day and again at the afternoon, the second part of the practice day. Again and again, perfecting starting and especialy the landings - the most important and dangerous part of any flight. Then if everything is going smooth - you are ready. Your heart is beating like a mad, your hands sweat, you are scared but you want to fly. This is the video of my first flight. More to come.
